Jared enjoys securing code and data in big tech after leading a successful startup. Jared has been passionate about cyber, since the early days of his career with the NSA. He holds a PhD from Michigan State University, and has often spoken on cyber matters at popular conferences. He was a finalist in Microsoft’s BlueHat security architecting contest, and has been on three winning Defcon capture-the-flag teams. Dr. DeMott has authored books, blogs and online courses on application security and malware analysis.

Gal Shpantzer has been a full-time security consultant since the year 2000, providing (mostly good) advice to early-stage tech startups, security vendors, Ivy League universities, non-profits, and Fortune 50 clients. Gal owns and operates a boutique consultancy focused on vCISO and Observability Pipeline services that enable modern, scalable, user-friendly, auditable, and forensically ready security programs. Gal leads security programs and projects that empower business and technical leadership to prevent, detect and respond to security incidents, including threats to confidentiality (sophisticated IP theft) and availability (DDoS, ransomware).

Anand is a seasoned Information Security practitioner with domain expertise of healthcare, retail, ecommerce, and finance. His CISO roles span the spectrum of Fortune 100 to early stage companies. Anand’s personal mission is to drive solutioning of complexities and challenges in the Information Security space such as Cloud security, board oversight of cybersecurity programs, cybersecurity talent grooming and advancement, and emerging threats. Anand also serves as an adjunct faculty at Mitchell Hamline School of Law teaching Incident Management and Response.

Lee is a Security Go-To-Market Strategist for Splunk, a Cisco Company, where he helps businesses build resilient cybersecurity functions, and realize the greatest value from their investment in their security program. He has worked in security and IT for four decades, starting as a programmer and working security roles from admin to CISO. He has been responsible for information security at the Department of Justice, managed cybersecurity programs in the healthcare sector impacting 99% of US citizens, and served as CISO for a financial services company with global operations. Lee has also taught thousands of cybersecurity professionals as a mentor.

Aaron is a three-decade veteran of the cybersecurity community, having worked on projects covering every aspect of the industry, from helping build security technologies while at Microsoft to his work on offensive cyber projects for the U.S. government. He has spent the last 15 years on a series of cybersecurity startups, building technologies and developing companies to help teams solve some of the toughest cybersecurity problems.

John is the Owner of Black Hills Information Security (BHIS) where he leads the Hunt Teaming, Command & Control (C2)/Data Exfiltration and Pivot testing development. He is also a SANS Institute Senior Instructor. In these roles, John has both consulted and taught hundreds of organizations in the areas of security, regulatory compliance, and penetration testing.

Jeff is a recognized information security and IT risk expert, author and public speaker with a strong track record of implementing cost-effective controls for global Fortune 500 financial institutions including Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, GE Capital, BNY Mellon and AIG. He was the first CISO for the State of Connecticut, and currently works at Microsoft as a cyber advisor for state and local government.

Jodi Daniels is a Founder and CEO of Red Clover Advisors, a privacy consultancy, that integrates data privacy strategy and compliance into a flexible, scalable approach that simplifies complex privacy challenges. A Certified Information Privacy Professional, Jodi brings over 25 years of experience in privacy, marketing, strategy, and finance across diverse sectors, working and supporting startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Jodi Daniels is a national keynote speaker, host of the top ranked She Said Privacy/He Said Security Podcast and WSJ best-selling author of Data Reimagined: Building Trust One Byte at a Time, and also has been featured in The Economist, WSJ, Forbes, Inc. and more. Jodi holds an MBA and a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Idan was one of the founders of M-Tech Information Technology, Inc. (acquired in 2008 and renamed Hitachi ID Systems). Idan led the product development and roadmap strategy and was responsible for customer services at M-Tech and subsequently Hitachi ID for 28 years. During his tenure, the company released password management automation software in 1996, user provisioning/IAM in 2002 and PAM in 2007. Idan has worked with many corporate, government and higher education customers worldwide to implement process automation, including IAM and PAM controls across their on-premises and cloud-hosted systems and applications.


Since exiting Hitachi ID Systems in 2020, Idan helped found M-Tech Innovations, Inc.  This is an angel investment firm specializing in Canadian-domiciled technology startups with B2B software offerings.

Francesco is a seasoned entrepreneur, CEO of the Contextual-based vulnerability management platform from code to cloud Phoenix Security, author of several books on advanced networking, DevSecOps, Secure SDLC.

Francesco has been leading digital transformation in the Telecommunication sectors (Vodafone, BT, Telecom Italia) and Financial Sectors (Nationwide, HSBC) and leading public sector professional service for AWS Professional Service.

Francesco is also the host of multi-award Cyber Security & Cloud Podcast, a speaker and known in the cybersecurity industry and recognized for his visionary views. He currently serves in the board of UK&I of the Cloud Security Alliance, keynotes at global conferences and has authored and co-authored several books.
